The stay was quite disappointing due to the noise levels in the room. the walls are paper-thin, allowing for conversations from neighboring rooms to disturb sleep. Check-in was easy, and the room was typical for this chain, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. On the upside, the proximity to local attractions was convenient, and the staff was friendly, making check-in smooth. Unfortunately, the internet was extremely slow, and breakfast options were lacking.

The hotel offered a lively atmosphere, ideal after exploring downtown Laredo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for our large family with young kids, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.

Had a good stay. The breakfast was off the charts! Mr Barrera whipped up some awesome tacos one night and salad another. Fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs were a nice touch too. Just a heads-up, the parking’s a bit tight at the front, but there’s extra space in the back if needed.

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend respite in Laredo with real value for money. The afternoon manager get-together was a great bonus with hot food and cold drinks.

I found this place to be perfect for my weekend city strolls, as it offers a friendly staff and healthy breakfast options, making it a delightful base for exploring the nearby Lake Casa Blanca, just under 2 km away, as well as the Imaginarium of South Texas, a bit over 5 km away. plus, it’s great that the hotel has some evening snacks to unwind after a day out, but the bathroom ceiling had a leak that could use attention.

The staff was super friendly, and our room was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast options were decent, making it easy to start our mornings right. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for some group fun in Texas!
